When submitting your order we recommend you provide our staff with the following information to assure your client a smooth and stress free closing.

- Copy of contract
- Phone numbers of all parties involved
- If existing mortgage, please provide name of lender, loan number and SSN for primary person on loan
- If there is a condo/ HOA association involved we need the name of the management company
- Copy of owner's title policy & deed
- Provide copy of trust if applicable
- Copy of divorce, death certificate, marriage certificate or any other document that shows the reason why the contact differs from the last deed of record
Buyer:
For new mortgages, please provide name of new lender and contact person and their phone number.
At the time of closing the following parties need:
Seller:
- Government issued photo ID such as drivers license, Military ID or passport
- If condominium / HOA maintenance coupons
Buyer:
- Government issued ID such as drivers license, Military ID or passport
- Cashiers check in amount required made payable to Somers Title Company
- Condominium approval if applicable
