When submitting your Re-Fi order, please provide us with the following:
- Mortgage Broker's contact information if applicable
- Lender name
- Prior Title Policy for re-issue credit
- Social Security numbers on all parties on the loan
- Borrower's Authorization form
At the time of closing the following parties need to provide:
SELLER
- Government issued photo ID (such as: Driver's License or Passport)
- If condominium/HOA - Maintenance Coupons
BUYER
- Government issued photo ID (such as: Driver's License or Passport)
- Cashier's check in the amount requested made payable to: Somers Title Company
- Condomimium approval, if applicable
